HealthEval Consulting (HEC) is a Canadian company based in Vancouver located in the Lower Mainlands of British Columbia and has nearly 25 years of expertise in bilingual En-Fr evaluation of programs, organizational performance, processes, interventions and related change. HEC was created and initially active in Europe for nearly ten years under the name nCONSORS, then established in Canada since 2010. HEC has now been present in British Columbia since 2024. We provided services in areas as varied as the public, associative and private sectors, in non-profit institutions, in clinical settings, in public and community health, in humanitarian, environmental and socio-economic development organizations. HEC was initially designed by a bilingual evaluation and change management specialist, in collaboration with quality improvement experts, field professionals, researchers, statisticians and data enthusiasts from all points of view. We continues to perpetuate HEC tradition of passion for expert collaborations to contribute in improving service to the public.
